02:43:52 - Comment: Had an issue with the auto pilot during flight. Noticed speed was dropping while at FL390, increased throttle to TOGA to regain speed, nose began to raise so I disconnected the AP and applied manual down on yoke, plane did not respond. I decreased throttle to lower nose, noticed when throttle was increased nose would raise. Plane entered stall conditions 3 times and was recovered each time. I was able to use the throttle to control the pitch and once speed was regained was able to manually control aircraft again. Requested FL310 and once stable was able to initiate AP again, flight has been normal since.
