Grant, per the SOP you need to provide proof you flew the flight, examples would be VATSIM, Volanta, etc. I will be denying all manual PIREPS that do not have proof of flight. Looking at your PIREP history, almost, if not every single PIREP you have submitted says SmartCars error. Do you need help getting SmartCars working? Let me know, we are here to help if you need it.
