Nice flight James. Please be sure to monitor your speed to prevent overspeeds in the future. We dont automatically reject PIREP for overspeeds unless it is excessive and the pilot shows not signs of correcting the issue. Also, your gear and last notch of flaps were lowered really really late. When flying a commercial jet, typically you should be fully set up for and be stable on the approach by 1000 ft AGL.
