23,000 pounds of fuel was pretty excessive for this short flight and likely led to the hard landing due to the increased weight and compensated vREF speed which was pretty high. This could have been avoidable with proper weigh and fuel calculations. I recommend also using the free FlyByWire a320NX mod as it greatly enhances the default a320 with better flight model, additional simulated systems, an EFB with takeoff and landing calculator as well as vatsim and navigraph integration Please contact myself or your Hub Manager if you have any questions - Mark
