I have a lot of questions on this one. First, why is your gear consistantly going up and down the entire flight? I would check your bindings. Secondly, you submitted your flight three times. If you get an error in SmartCars saying the flight wasn't filed, chances are it was. Just go to the dashboard to verify. If you see it, you're good to go and can cancel SmartCars. Third, Speed limit is 250 kts below 10000 ft. A speed of 400 kts is unacceptable. Let me know if I can help in any way.
